Order Processing

All orders are processed within 6 - 10 Business working days  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product drops), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

You can also track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on location.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The mad dude is not responsible for these charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

The mad dude is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at info@themaddude.com  and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
